  • Contact forms – name, email address, phone number, and any message you provide when submitting a form on this website.
  • Web analytics – anonymised visit data (pages, time on site, traffic source) via Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymised and no data is linked to individual users.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

  • Contact forms: Data is used to respond to your enquiry and potentially enter into a service agreement. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1 b and f GDPR).
  • Web analytics: Anonymised statistics are used to understand and improve the website's content. Legal basis: consent via cookie banner (Art. 6.1 a GDPR).

4. How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

  • Contact data: Retained for as long as the matter or business relationship is active. Data that does not result in an engagement is normally deleted within 12 months.
  • Web analytics data: Managed by Google Analytics with a default retention period of 14 months.

5. Third Parties

We share data with the following services:

  • Web3Forms – form handling. Data you submit via contact forms is forwarded to our email address. Web3Forms does not retain the data permanently.
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager – anonymised website statistics. Data is processed by Google LLC under EU standard contractual clauses.

We never sell personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access – request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification – request that inaccurate data be corrected.
  • Erasure – request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction – request that processing of your data be restricted.
  • Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Portability – request a machine-readable copy of data you have provided.
